  • How to redeem E.Gift Voucher?

    Go to Dominos website pizzaonline.dominos.co.in, select your pizzas and without applying any offer code under redeem code page, move to "Proceed to payment" page option, on left side you will find multiple payment options. Under that option one option will be "E.Gift Voucher" Click on that link, enter the code and your bill value will be deducted by the voucher value.

  • Code is not redeeming

    Do not apply any offer code. Apply code only on the payment page and Select right combination of products any order above Rs. 300 shall be eligible for delivery rest orders will be Pick up orders or else adding of one Pizza is mandatory for delivery.

  • What are Terms and conditions of E.Gift Voucher?

    Terms and Conditions are:
    Only applicable online. Click on pizzaonline.dominos.co.in
    EGV is a mode of payment and is used at the time of payment only under E.Gift voucher.
    No refund will be given by the restaurant manager. In case the amt. of bill is less than the E.Voucher amt.
    No offers can be applied in case payment is done through E.Codes.
    Codes are case sensitive.
    Option of Delivery, dine in and take away has to be carefully chosen. All orders above Rs. 300 are delivered.
    These codes are applicable at all Domino's Pizza INDIA restaurants except Airport restaurant.
    These vouchers are not redeemable on offline transaction, which means you cannot display them on delivery or at the Point of Sale.
    The balance amount after using E.Voucher code can only be paid by Cash.
    Only 1 E.Voucher can be used per order.
    E.Voucher are electronic codes, therefore physical collection of the voucher is not required.
    30 mins. Or Free is not applicable in case of order through EGV, although restaurant will follow all possible means to ensure delivery within 30 mins.

  • Horrible experience with the restaurant that delivered to me last time. Why can't I select a Restaurant of my choice?

    We are sorry to hear about your previous experience. As regards the delivery area, every Restaurant has its own defined delivery area to serve you quickly. I am sure you will not face any issues with the same restaurant this time around.

  • What is the minimum amount applicable for delivery?

    There is No Minimum amount required for delivery. You need to ensure that there is a Pizza* in your order. In case if you require Side Order Delivery the amount should be more than Rs 350. Also please note that we don't charge anything extra for delivery

  • I was charged however, didn't receive order details. What is the status?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As your order was Not Successful you will receive a refund back in your account within 7-10 working days.Also we would request you to please place another order by calling our Hotline number 68886888.

  • I'm not able to place Order Online.

    1. Please ensure that you are on "https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/"
    2. Select Pick Up or Home Delivery, enter your details & click on Build Order
    3. Choose the products you wish to order, Enter Discount Coupon Code if any & click confirm order
    4. Enter your Details and chose the payment mode.
    5. Enter payment details and click on Proceed securely.
    6. You will receive your order details via SMS & Email.

  • How can I avail Corporate Discount?

    Sir/Madam, Corporate Discount is Not Applicable on OLO however, in order to avail Corporate Discount please call 68886888 or please visit your Nearest Restaurant.

  • My City/My restaurant is not showing Online.

    Sir/Ma'am, due to some technical reason the Restaurant/City is not available to place orders. You may choose to call us at 68886888 for placing your order.
